// case study / kheer baladna
Kheer Baladna — a digital home for an Egyptian charity.
An Arabic-first, fully bilingual website for a sustainable-development charity: projects, news, donation channels, and volunteer sign-ups — with every word and image managed by the charity's own team.

// challenge
The challenge
Local charities run on trust — and a charity whose entire web presence is a social media page gives donors no place to verify who they are, see what they've built, or find a reliable way to give. Kheer Baladna needed a real digital home: Arabic-first for its community, credible for donors and partners, and simple enough for a small non-technical team to keep updated without calling a developer for every change.
// build
What we built
- ▸An Arabic-first, fully bilingual (AR/EN) site with complete RTL support
- ▸A projects showcase with a detail page for every initiative the charity runs
- ▸News and a photo gallery, published straight from the admin panel
- ▸A ways-to-donate section presenting the charity's donation channels clearly
- ▸Volunteer application and contact forms that land in the admin panel — no lost emails
- ▸A Filament admin panel with roles and permissions — hero slides, pages, partners, and every word on the site editable by the team
// outcome
The outcome
The site runs in production today on a Dockerized Railway deployment, and the charity's team manages projects, news, and media themselves from the admin panel — no developer needed for day-to-day updates.
