Yes — no long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Your site keeps running on your own accounts.
What counts as a 'small change'?+
Updating text, swapping images, adding a team member, tweaking a color. Anything under 30 minutes. Larger requests are quoted separately at our hourly rate.
Do you maintain sites you didn't build?+
Yes, if they're on a stack we support (Next.js, React, Node, Laravel, WordPress). We start with a paid audit to understand the codebase.
What if something breaks at 2 AM?+
Uptime monitoring alerts us automatically. Critical issues (site down, payments broken) get addressed same-day, even outside business hours on Business and Scale plans.
