Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

We collect as little as possible, and we don't sell or share your data. Here's exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you submit our contact or quote form, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, and message (and, for quotes, your project type and budget range). That's it — we don't require accounts and we don't collect anything you don't explicitly send us.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the project. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics tool. It gives us aggregate page-view counts without tracking you individually across sites.

Cookies

We set one functional cookie (cc-geo) that remembers your approximate country for one day, so we can suggest the regional page relevant to you. It contains a two-letter country code and nothing else. Dismissing the suggestion stores that choice in your browser only.

Third-party services

Form submissions are delivered to us by Resend (email delivery) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We don't embed third-party ad or social trackers.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our business records. You can ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you — email admin@codeandcraft.digital and we'll handle it promptly.
