Move off WordPress — without losing your rankings.

We migrate WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and legacy PHP sites to a fast Next.js stack. Content, SEO, and redirects handled — your traffic comes with you.

Why businesses migrate — and why they hesitate

Your WordPress site is slow, the plugins keep breaking, and every security patch is a small heart attack. You'd have moved already if you weren't afraid of losing your Google rankings. That fear is legitimate — a bad migration torches years of SEO in a week. Which is why we start every migration with a full URL inventory and a 301 redirect map, migrate your content and metadata intact, and monitor your rankings for 30 days after cutover. The speed gain does the rest: Google rewards sites that get faster.

What's included

  • Full content audit and URL inventory of your current site
  • 301 redirect map — every old URL points somewhere sensible
  • Content migration into a headless CMS (Sanity or Payload)
  • Design rebuilt from scratch on Next.js — no imported bloat
  • Meta titles, descriptions, and schema carried over intact
  • Sitemap + Search Console re-submission on launch
  • Lighthouse 95+ and sub-second LCP on the new site
  • 30 days of post-migration rank monitoring
  • Rollback plan — DNS cutover is reversible for the first week

What's not included

  • New copywriting (we migrate what you have)
  • Ongoing SEO retainer (see our Growth service)
  • Paid ads management
  • Hosting fees (billed directly to your accounts)

Common questions

Will I lose my Google rankings?+

Handled properly — no. We map every existing URL to a 301 redirect, carry over your meta titles, descriptions, and schema, and re-submit your sitemap to Search Console on launch day. Then we watch your rankings for 30 days. Most clients see rankings improve within two months because the new site is dramatically faster.

Can you migrate WooCommerce or Shopify stores with orders?+

Yes. We export products, customers, and order history, model them cleanly in Postgres, and rebuild the storefront on Next.js. Your customers keep their accounts and you keep your data.

What happens to my blog content?+

It moves into a headless CMS with a cleaner editor than WordPress. Every post keeps its URL (or gets a 301), its images, and its metadata. You'll be able to publish exactly as before — just faster.

How long does a migration take?+

A typical marketing site: 3 weeks from kickoff to cutover. E-commerce with order history: 4–6 weeks. You get a fixed date in the SoW, and your old site stays live untouched until the moment we switch.
